at the end of your tether = متضايق تماما

After a long day of work, your body and your brain might get tired. If they don’t get enought energy, they won’t work properl any more.Therefore a good food is neccessary for you to gain energy. In addition, getting enough sleep a good relief.

Furthmore, if you want to lead a heathly life it is unadvisable to smoke or drink coffe or have any other thing that may hurt your health. These kinds of things just bereak your health down since they contain harmful substances. Finally, as the proverb says" health is better than wealth"
