TEXT:
During Ramadhan algerians prepare dolma batata , you like it , don’t you? to prepare it , you need 500g potatoes 500g of meat , 30g minced meat , salt , black pepper , 2 onions and 1/2 a litre of water.
Now , to make dolma batata , it’s easy .First , prepare the sauce with pieces of meat 1 onion , 3 tables poons of oil. brown it with 1/2 a litre of water. then, peel , empty and wash the potatoes ,Next, prepare the stuf with minced , meat , salt black pepper. 1 onion and parsely. After thet, fill in the emptied potatoes with the mixture. Finally, put the potatoes in sauce and **** for 30 minutes serve with slices of lemon.
